The presentation to the Council and residents on April 22 by City Scape.Click here for Cell Tower simulation photos in potential Town locations with differing towers and heights.An independent research firm, City Scape, was hired to perform a study regarding placement and height that would best serve the Town.If you don’t know anything about Stingray cell towers, you can read more about them here and here.If you don’t feel like reading, I’ll save you the trouble, they are fake cell phone towers run by federal and local law enforcement that intercept cell phone traffic without a warrant.

Law enforcement have been using these for years, with essentially no oversight.
They’ve been relying on public ignorance of the technology.
Other sites were dependent on existing towers being enhanced to ensure the signal would carry to all residents.
As you know, cell phone reception is deteriorating rapidly in the Town and we have had numerous complaints from our residents.Public input has been encouraged and received on this subject.
